Here are three easy ways to improve your testing with PSCertify®.

1. Use scenario-based questions. Users are much more likely to be engaged with content that reflects their actual experience.

2. Consider having your users submit their own questions for incorporation into your PSCertify® tests. It's a great way to find out what they think is important.

3. Include some tricky questions so your users will actually think about (rather than just memorize) the answers..

Q. What's a "Group"?

A. A "Group" is how you associate Users and Tests. Let's say you have a group called "Supervisors." Any users in the Supervisors group will see any tests that are also in this group when they log in.
